Asset Clarity was founded by Shmiel Tzvi Singer to provide real estate investors with independent analysis and oversight.
Over the past four years, Shmiel has reviewed more than 100 real estate investment opportunities representing over $250 million in asset value. His work has included acquisition reviews, portfolio monitoring, distressed asset analysis, and ongoing investment oversight.
Asset Clarity was built on a simple principle: investors benefit from a second perspective that is fully independent — analysis from an advisor whose compensation is not tied to the outcome of any single transaction.
Every engagement is personally led by Shmiel, providing investors with direct communication, independent thinking, and actionable recommendations.
